We will happily accept returns purchases from in their original, unworn and clean condition with all tags attached. Items MUST be returned unworn, unwashed and undamged. You have 14 DAYS from your date of delivery to qualify for a full refund. All customers are responsible for covering shipping costs back to our facility for returns and reshipping costs for exchanges. We do not refund shipping costs.


Melish reserves the right to refuse a refund that does not abide by our return policy. Items returned that are deemed non-refundable will be returned back to you at your expense. We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling, or incorrect sizing.


Once we have received your return, please allow for 1-4 business days for your return to be processed and refund issued. You will receive email confirmation that your return has been qualified for a refund and that a refund had been issued.

Send an email to that includes your Name, Order Number, Item(s) and reason for return. We will email you a confirmation with our return shipping address and further instructions.




All orders may take up to 6 bisiness days to leave our shop. Business days are only Monday-Friday. This does NOT mean your order will arrive to your door in 6 business days. During new realeases and promos shipping times may be longer.




Can I modify or cancel my order? Due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible, modifications and cancelation request needs to be done within an hour of placing your order.

What can I do if I received a defective item? We apologize! Before items are shipped out they are inspected and yours may have slepped by. Please make sure to contact us within 14 DAYS to inform us of the issue. If we are no notify within FOURTEEN days of receiving the item, it will no longer be considered for a refund. You must include a photo of the damage/defect and your order number with your email. 

Please note that damage caused by improper handling such as forcing an item on, will not be replaced as we can easily spot these types of damaged. We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care, handling or incorrect sizing.
